All types of fabrication jobs for waste management and ready mix vehicle body works. We also provide fabrication jobs for ware-housing works like stainless steel and aluminum welding.
Members fabricated from plate or flat bars shall be welded by continuous welding process. These plates and bars shall conform to the ASTM Grade 50 or equivalent with a minimum yield strength of 345 N/mm^2.
Girts, eave struts and fascia channel shall be galvanized cold formed sections conforming to ASTM A446 Grade D or equivalent with a minimum yield strength of 345 N/mm^2.
Connection of primary structural members are made with hot dipped galvanized high strengths and bolts conforming to DIW 931 Grade 8.8. We are also equipped with the latest plant and machinery to meet the need of today’s industrial requirement. Our welders are experienced craftsmen coded in ASME 1X and approved every six months by third party inspections.
We make sure that all our steel products leave the yard with proper coating to resist the atmospheric contaminations. For general purpose, epoxy paints are sprayed to all kinds of tanks, pipes and machinery.

Service and repair of all types of heavy and light duty radiators. Relining of all types of brake shoe and brake discs.
Chroming
Chroming of shafts and stainless steel sleeves, piston and jacks.
